A relatively recently built apartment which was starting to look a bit tired so its owners decided to bring it up to date.  They had the bathrooms fuly renovated and re-tiled the floor throughout.  The kitchen was already open plan but was redesigned to include a lovely long peninsular bar with custom made oak cladding, which provides so much work surface.  We love the inclusion of high wall cupboards to maximise storage space and the combination of white and wooden cupboard doors. With 2 loving terraces, one just outside the kitchen for dining and lovley views of the port, the top terrace set up as a chillout zone wiht comfortable sofas and shade area.

Upsatirs: is the second terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and Puerto Pollensa with comfortabe sofas and shaded area to chill out on hot summer eveneings.
